How We Work
Our Process
We’re fortunate to have over 200 talented Someone employees, many of whom contribute new ideas. Our Labs leadership vets these ideas, refines them, and selects projects with the potential to impact our agency. We then assemble teams to execute using our proven process from hundreds of site launches. Once a project is complete, whether it’s a framework, app, or training material, we present it to the broader team for feedback.
